The Rivendell shawl is based on a travel story to New Zealand. It was the first chapter of my books Journey and Crochet Journey. The books are retiring soon, and therefore, the patterns are also available individually as a download.

Yarn requirements for this pattern:
1 Scheepjes Whirl 755 Blueberry Bam Bam – Scheepjes Whirl comes in cakes of 215-225 grams and has a length of 1090 yards. The yarn is 60% cotton and 40% acrylic.

Crochet hook(s) needed: 4.0 mm crochet hook

Size: As we make an A-symmetrical Shawl, the symmetrical side will be approximately 65 inches long, the widest side will be 57 inches, and the diameter will be 30 inches.

The pattern contains written instructions guided by a chart. It is available in English (US terms) and Dutch. After purchase, you can download a PDF file in your preferred language.
