The River’s End Mitts were desinged to be a light and beginner friendly pattern to accompany your favorite winter wardrobe. One morning, I woke up and had the immediate need to cast on fingerless mittens. In Texas we don’t get many days of super cold weather so I like to accessorize with my knits every chance I get. Its not ever quite cold enough for mittens so fingerless mitts were the perfect in between .

Construction:
The River’s End mitts are knit from the wrist cuff up to your fingers with an easy thumb hole that requires no waste yarn.

Sizing:
When choosing a size for your mitts, measure the widest part of your hand. This is usually right at the bottom of your thumb before your fingers start to separate.
