This hat pattern is designed to coordinate with the (FREE) pattern for Roanoke Valley Fingerless Gloves. Both represent the Roanoke River Valley I call home, situated between peaks of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Make either pattern with your choice of yarn in several chunky/bulky categories. Construction - worked in the round. You may choose at 16” circular needle, any length circular needle with the Magic Loop method, 2 identical circular needles, or Double-Pointed Needles (DPNs).

Instructions are included to work with an assortment of chunky to super bulky yarns, with guidance for choosing your own yarn.
