Roary is knitted top down, the head, body and front legs are knitted in one flat piece with a seam up the centre back and at the back of the front legs. The back legs, tail and ears are knitted separately. He stands 12 inches from the bottom of his front legs to the top of his head this may vary when using other yarns. The tension is not important but ensure that your knitting weave is tight enough so that the filling is not visable.
