This is an asymmetrical triangle shawl worked from the tip to end. It is constructed out of a repeating section that alternates between stockinette stitches and eyelets, seperated by a combination of knit/purl ridges. This results in a nice texture that brings out the lovely color combinations in variegated yarns.

Gauge is provided for this pattern but it is not important in this case. Different gauges will affect how much yarn is used and your final shawl dimensions.
