This cowl features a traditional Scandinavian style colourwork pattern.
The name Rollo is a nickname for Rovaniemi, which was my home town in Finnish Lapland for ten years. The design was inspired by the colourwork pattern in Rovaniemi mittens.

Skill level
Advanced beginner
Due to the large size of the repeat and use of long floats, this pattern is best suited to a knitter with some previous experience with stranded knitting. Bu tif you are an adventurous beginner, you could give it a try!
