This shawl was made and released as a show special for Yarningham 2019. As a local business in Birmingham it was just a perfect name to choose.
Shawl knits up from one corner and increases are calculated to provide asymmetrically symmetrical shawl, which will be more triangular after blocking. Loose stitches provide a beautiful drape. If you require smaller size there is always an option to use slightly smaller needles.
This pattern uses 2 colours but can be knit with one colour too. Yarn used is DHOC 4-ply fingering weight in colours “Romance” and “McRed”. I used 2 skeins of yarn, approx. 90 grams (382 meters) of 1st colour and 75 grams (319 meters) of 2nd colour.
