Yarn – Hat: 100 (130, 160) yards fingering (child versions) or sport-weight (adult versions) yarn in main color and 40 (50, 60) yards in contrast color. Shown in Brown Sheep Company Nature Spun Fingering, colorways 133F Blue Fog and 157F Boysenberry (100% wool; 310 yards/50 gram skein); Louet Gems Fingering, colorways Aqua and Pewter (100% superwash merino; 185 yards/50 gram hank); and Brown Sheep Company Lanaloft Sport, colorways Scottish Hillside and Celery (100% wool; 145 yards/50 gram skein).
Legwarmers: 150 (250, 310) yards fingering-weight yarn. Split between two colors for striped version. Shown in same fingering-weight yarns as above.
