Tools: Circular needles: 60 and 40 cm, 3 mm, or size to get a gauge of 28 st x 32 rows in stst = 10 x 10 cm Dpn’s to make the I-Cord edge: 3 mm
The dress is worked in the round from bottom up with a circular needle of 3 mm.
Gauge 28 x 32 = 10 x 10 cm. Change to circular needle of 40 cm when necessary
