These mitts are easy and meditative and the cute embroidered flowers on them add a little challenge to finish your project.

They are knitted straight and blocked to make it a little easier to embroider in the open fabric. After embroidering you then sew the seams to finish the mitts.

They can be made in 3 different sizes Small ,Medium and Large.

The pattern uses a sport weight yarn. However, I made a sample holding the sport weight and mohair together and it looked very beautiful. So you can probably make this mitts with a variety of yarns. Just use your imagination.

You can use the same yarn, mini skeins or scrap yarn for embroidering your mitts.

I always reach for my fingerless mitts even in the Spring and Summer cold mornings and evenings. I have made so many of them and I can’t wait to see yours.
