Rose Tyler has an ever-changing wardrobe as well as a range of hairstyles, so I figured it was time someone gave her a hat that could change with her. This hat is a slouchy style, able to be worn back on your head or pulled down over your ears. It features a Shadow Rib (in honor of the Shadow Proclamation) and a diamond lace panel that reminds me of Rose’s journeys in and out of dimensions, following the Bad Wolf trail back to her Doctor. This hat looks great on women of all ages and is sized accordingly from child to adult.
