This is a ten page pdf file with instructions to crochet this beautiful shawl. Rows of star stitches are separted by raised sc and crossed dc stitches as well as lacy net sections (rope stitches) to create a lovely variation of panels. The instructions Include photo tutorials to make the star stitches, crossed dc stitch, and working in the front or back post to create a raised sc ridge.

Dimensions: Finished shawl is 24 1/2 inches wide and 5 feet 3 inches long.

Also, many of my customers who have not used the Star Stitch before have found this video helpful: Crochet Geek - Crochet Star Stitch

It is a little different version (there are many versions) - but still the basic stitch I’m using.

All patterns are written using US crochet standard terms.
