DESCRIPTION

The Rose Sweater is worked using a drop shoulder construction. The two front shoulder panels are worked flat, separately then joined at the neck to make the front panel. Stitches are then picked up along each shoulder to form the right and left back panels. Each back panel is knitted flat, separately to form a scoop detail. The back and front panels are then joined in the round. Sleeve stitches are picked up and worked in the round and slightly tapered with decreases. The sweater is finished with an applied I-cord edge and an I-cord strap across the back. The sweater is designed with an exaggerated, oversized fit. Additionally, the back scoop is quite low. If you would like different fit than suggested, please size up or down and adjust accordingly.
