Rosebud is a lovely, light and airy shawl, combining simplicity and detail, for a pleasant process and a wonderful result! The pretty mohair lace evokes rosebuds, with a small finishing touch in fingering yarn reminiscent of butterflies.

It is a triangular shawl, 66 inches (168 cm) long and 30 inches (76 cm) wide, after blocking.

Materials
Yarn 1: 1 skein of Super Silky by Emma’s Yarn (80% superwash merino and 20% silk; 400 yards (366 m)/100 g) or the same amount of fingering weight yarn.
Yarn 2: 1 skein of Marvelous Mohair by Emma’s Yarn (72% kid mohair, 28% silk; 459 yards (420 m)/50 g) or the same amount of mohair lace weight yarn. The sample was made using colorway Shell Yeah.
Needles: US 5 (3,75 mm).
Tapestry needle, stitch markers, blocking pins or wires.

Gauge
Approximately 20 sts and 34 rows to 4 inches (10 cm) on US 5 (3,75 mm) needles in stockinette stripes (alternating 2 rows of yarn 1 and 2 rows of yarn 2), after blocking.
