The Rosemary Summer Tee is an oversized, top-down raglan sweater tee with a simple construction but timeless look. Its top-down construction allows you to customize the armhole depth and arm and body length as you go. The bamboo yarn held double knit with larger needles give it a fun, airy texture.

The body and sleeve ribbing are knit with smaller 6.5mm (US10.5) needles and the yolk, body, and sleeves are knit with larger, 8mm (US11) needles (or needles needed to obtain gauge). Note that there is no neckline short row shaping.

Size Guide + Finished Measurements
Sizes written in 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) with a finished bust size of 37.5 (40, 42.5, 45.5, 48, 50.5, 53.5, 56) in/95 (101.5, 108.5, 115, 122, 128.5, 135.5, 142) cm. The tee is intended to have about 6-8 in/15-20.5 cm of positive ease so pick a size that will provide the intended ease or adjust to your desired ease. For example, if you have a 36 in/91.5 cm bust, a size 3 would be ideal for about 6.5 in/16.5 cm of ease. Feel free to adjust body length and armhole depth as desired.

Yarn
Approximately 4 (4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 6, 6) skeins of Lion Brand Truboo (241 yds/220.5 m per 3.5oz/100g skein) or another DK/Light yarn. Yarn is held double so yardage is generous based on holding two strands together from two different skeins. Color shown is Hot Pink.

Needles
6.5mm (US10.5) for ribbing in the following lengths:

  • 16 in/40 cm (for neckband & sleeve ribbing)
