Rosematic is a romantic lightweight pullover, worked from the bottom up in a round and partially flat, with dropped puffy lace sleeves and attached cable edging around the scoop neck and hem. Perfect over dresses and/or high waisted skirt and pants. Designed cropped, but the length can be easily adjusted.

Yarn
ca. 195 210, 245, 280, 315, 350, 385, 420, 455 g of fingering weight mix of 65% merino, 20% silk and 15% yak with 480 m/ 520 yds in 120 g (undyed, bought under the label of Lindewol) held together with 95 100, 115, 135, 150, 165, 185, 200, 215 g of lace weight Drops Kid-Silk mix of 75% mohair and 25% silk with 210 m/ 230 yds in 25 g (shade 31) or any similar yarns to match the gauge. The total yardage used is approx. 780 840, 980, 1120, 1260, 1400, 1540, 1680, 1820 m /855 920, 1070, 1225, 1375, 1530, 1685, 1835, 1990 yds.

Needles and notion
A pair of 4.0 mm (US 6) 100-120 cm (40-47 in) cable needles or interchangeable needles with spare cables; a pair of 3.0 mm (US2.5) 20 cm (8 in or shorter) double pointed needles for the cable edging; 4 mm (G-6) and 2.5 mm (B-1) (optional) crochet hook; cable needle if necessary; stitch markers; row counter (optional); contrasting scrap yarn for provisional cast-ons.

Gauge
18 sts and 24 rows in 10 cm/4 in over stockinette stitch after blocking with 4.0 mm (6 US) needle. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Construction
The body is worked in a round with a simple reverse stockinette stitch until reaching the underarms. Increases on the sides shape the drop of the sleeve. Both front and back from there are worked flat with short rows, shaping the neckline. Shoulder seems are grafted. Sleeves are picked up and worked in a round from the top down. Edges around the neck and hem are finished with an attached cable element and all edges decorated with crochet chains.

Sizing
The pattern is calculated for generous nine sizes 1 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 to fit 74 84, 94, 104, 114, 124, 134, 144, 154) cm /29 33, 37, 41, 45, 49, 53, 57, 61 in bust circumference with ca. 10 - 15 cm /4 -6 in positive ease. For the final measurements, please refer to
the schematics.
