-Purchaser must know how to cast on, knit, purl, and decrease.
-Pattern does not come with instructions on how to make or add the pom.

-US 10 1/2 6.5MM 16” circular knitting needles
-Measuring tape
-Tapestry needle
-Stitch marker
-Scissors
-Pom, optional
