This short cardigan is inspired both by the 1950s and Baroque royal fashion. It is knitted from the bottom up, has a round neck, fitted sleeves with optional puffs and button closure at the front. The bodice is worked flat, while the sleeves can be worked in the round up to the armholes. The sleeves are knitted in contrasting color and are decorated with small “feathers” in the main color. The pattern of the bodice consists of knit and purl stitches, eyelets and slipped stitches. The last make fine vertical lines adding even more femininity to the cardigan.
