This pattern is, as of publication, a sort of pre-order. I’m somewhat rushing it so that I can offer it to folks as an early bird discount for a CAL before I have it made all pretty by my layout editor, who makes it all look nice and fancy and lovely and adds lots of pretty photos.

This pre-order is the same pattern as it will be a month from now, with less publication magic. It’s based off maths of my other sock designs that are published or in testing and should work quite well even before the editing work goes into it.

The pattern includes everything to knit these socks in fingering weight in three sizes, as well as designers notes for how they were also knit in worsted/aran weight with a different gauge and stitch count. The worsted weight version has been fully tested, so if you’re knitting the smallest size in fingering weight, the numbers are the same. You could knit these in DK weight as well.

Through February enjoy a large discount on this pattern as a pre-order. When the polished version is ready, it will cost $6.00 USD. If you’d like to pay the full amount now as a tip or if you can simply afford to pay for the full value of the finished item you’ll receive, there’s a tip link below. This is not necessary, but allows you to support my work even further.

Feel free to message me here or at shelbyhamden@gmail.com for pattern support.

To make it perfectly clear this is a finished draft as it goes into pre-orders. It is not pretty, but it’s definitely functional as a pattern. There may be honest mistakes in numbers, so if something doesn’t make sense, let me know, I’ll get back to you ASAP, typically within a few hours!

If you’d like to pay more, leave a tip, whatever you want to call it, you can do that on my Ko-Fi page.

Fun Fact: Saint Valentine was the patron saint of beekeepers! Enjoy this sweet as honey project with colorwork bees, hearts, and itty bitty spring flowers.
