Ruffle Crush Top is worked from the bottom up, in the round until you reach the armhole. You will cast on three times the number of stitches to create the bottom hem ruffle, then decrease after 4 rows. There is subtle waist shaping while working in the round. The front is then worked back and forth, while the back is placed on spare needles or scrap yarn. The back is then reattached and worked back and forth and is seamed to the front using a three-needle bind off. The collar stitches are then picked up, and worked in the round. The sleeves are each picked up and worked in the round, with an increase at the hem of the sleeve to create the sleeve ruffles.
