The pattern is written for size 3 or 4 BUT info is included to adjust sizing from 12 mos to child’s size 10.

Amount of yarn needed will vary depending on sizing… as written it took less than one skein of Red Heart Super Saver Economy for the skirt - and I used ‘stash’ yarn for the multi-colored ruffles.
