Runway cowl is a beginner friendly tunisian cowl whose body is made using a combination of two basic tunisian stitches (Tunisian simple stitch and slipstitch). This cowl is made in one size- 13” in length and 24” in circumference.
Yarn requirements: Aran weight yarn in at least three contrasting colours
Hook: 10mm with 16” cable
Gauge = 13stsx15 rows= 4”x4”
Gauge pattern:
Foundation row: C1: Ch20, pick up a loop from the back bump of each of the chains starting from the second chain.
Row 1: C1: Fs, (slst, tss)x 9 times, Es
Row 2: C2: Fs, (tss, slst)x9 times, Es
Repeat row 1 and 2, 10 more times
Bind off in the pattern using C2.
Block and check gauge measurements.
