PATTERN NOTES

Shawl is knit from the centre point out, increasing 1 stitch by working a yarn over at the beginning of every row. The Garter stitch border is picked up from the yarn overs at the edge and is shaped using short rows, and has two options for different widths. . An optional tassel can be added to the top centre corner.
