I’m so happy to present you the Rustic Ridges Sweater!

I designed this sweater with simplicity in mind. I wanted my design to be #sizeinclusive, beginner friendly and with a modern shape.

Pattern comes in 9 sizes, from XS to 5XL, with instructions on how to make it longer or shorter if needed. Yarn used is 50% cotton and 50% merino wool and makes the sweater perfect to wear year round, but every other DK weight yarn would work fine!

You will find color-coded sizes and step-by-step photos inside the pattern.

This sweater is worked from bottom up in two main panels and has a ribbed edge, collar and sleeve cuffs. It has a classic fit, with a slightly positive ease. Sleeves and collar are crocheted onto the body once it’s sewn.

It’s designed to fit the following bust measurements: XS (28”-30”), S (32”-34”), M (36”-38”), L (40”-42”), XL (44”-46”), 2XL (48”-50”), 3XL (52”-54”), 4XL (56”-58”), 5XL (60”-62”). If you are between sizes, size up.

Final bust measurements are: XS (30.5”), S (34.5”), M (38.5”), L (42.5”), XL (46.5”), 2XL (50.5”), 3XL (54.5”), 4XL (58.5”), 5XL (63”).

You will need approx. 8, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16 balls of Drops Design’s “Cotton Merino” yarn, or approx. 850, 935, 1028, 1131, 1245, 1369, 1506, 1674, 1860 yards of any weight 3 / DK / light worsted weight yarn.
