Rusty Peach Socks are socks knitted from the cuff down to the toe. They include a twisted ribbed cuff, a delicate and striking pattern along the leg and the upper part of the foot, and a garter stitch heel. The use of one main color and two contrasting ones gives joy to the project.

SIZES
This pattern shows two sizes, but it can be adapted for different sizes.
Size 1: foot circumference 23,5 cm, ankle circumference 25,0 cm.
Size 2: foot circumference 27,0 cm, ankle circumference 28,5 cm.

GAUGE
32 stitch x 44 rows in a square of 10x10 cm, knitted with 2,50 needles and the pattern showed, after washing and blocking.

YARN
Woollisa Merino Sock 400m/100g, 85% merino 15% nylon in 3 different colorways:
MC (main color) 100 g,
CC1 (contrast color 1) 20 g,
CC2 (contrast color 2) 20g.
Alternatively, you can use a fingering weight yarn (approx 400m/100g) suitable for socks, with 10-15% of nylon (that gives elasticity and strongness to the sock).

NEEDLES
2,50 mm small circular or DPNs
2,50 mm 80 cm for magic loop.

TOOLS
1 BOR stitch marker, 2 stitch markers different from BOR, tapestry needle.

Rusty Peach Socks sono dei calzini che si lavorano dalla gamba verso la punta del piede. Prevedono l’elastico lavorato a coste ritorte, un motivo delicato e d’effetto lungo la gamba e la parte superiore del piede, il tallone lavorato a legaccio. L’utilizzo di un colore principale e due a contrasto, dona allegria al progetto.

TAGLIE
Il pattern è sviluppato su due taglie, ma è facilmente adattabile per misure differenti.
Taglia 1: circonferenza piede 23,5 cm, circonferenza caviglia 25,0 cm.
Taglia 2: circonferenza piede 27,0 cm, circonferenza caviglia 28,5 cm.

CAMPIONE
32 maglie x 44 giri in un quadrato di 10x10 cm, lavorato con i ferri 2,50 e il pattern indicato, lavato e bloccato.

FILATO
Woollisa Merino Sock 400m/100g, 85% merino 15% nylon in 3 diversi colori:
MC (colore principale) 100 g,
CC1 (colore contrastante 1) 20 g,
CC2 (colore contrastante 2) 20g.
In alternativa, utilizzare un filato fingering (circa 400m/100g) adatto alla realizzazione di calzini, contenente un 10-15% di nylon (che dona resistenza ed elasticità alla calza) nei quantitativi indicati.

2,50 mm minicircolari o gioco di ferri
2,50 mm con il cavo da 80 cm per il magic loop.
