Step back in time with Ruth! This cardigan has the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. This cardigan is an easy-to-wear, casual staple that can elevate any outfit into a boho chic look. You’ll have people asking “DID YOU MAKE THAT??” everywhere you go! It was inspired by the cardigan that Ruth wore in the Longlegs movie :-)

Check the etsy listing for more pics of the coats my testers made!

The Ruth Cardigan can be made using a bunch of different yarns or using self striping yarn for effortless colorwork. The pictured cardigans were made by my testers and they all came out so fun! A gallery is given at the end of the pattern with info on everyone’s yarn choices if there is one that really catches your eye.

The squares are all joined-as-you-go. Thorough photo instructions are given on this method as well as a video.

The pattern can easily be made shorter or longer by adding or removing squares. Instructions are given within the pattern on how to do that.
