Sailor Scarf
THE SAILOR SCARF
A striped, shoulder-hugging accessory somewhere between a scarf and a classic sailor collar.
It’s worked from the back up: you cast on at the back, split the work into two tapering straps, then finish the outer edges with a striped border and finish with an all-over applied i-cord.
To wear it, drape it across your shoulders, pull the straps forward, cross them, and tie the knot of your choosing.
Sampled in Kelbourne Woolens Skipper for maximum nautical energy. (Appreciators of sea-themed fashion only! No imperialism aboard this ship!!)
