This knitting pattern is my own design to fit an 18inch doll
The pattern comprises of:-

Hat
Sweater
Pants

The yarn used is worsted weight (US), DK (UK) 50grms of white and 50grms of navy
It is quite an easy pattern because it is knitted throughout in garter stitch and stockinette stitch
The sweater has a 3 button top back fasterning
