Sakayuki Little brings the Sakayuki pattern to the little ones: twisted stitches travel over a reverse stockinette background and draw a network of diamonds on both fronts, from the neckline down to the hem ribbing.

The rest of the cardigan is worked in stockinette stitch: the back and the sleeves leave all the room to the pattern. Twisted ribbing frames the neckline, the hem of the body and the cuffs, and the button bands are picked up at the end.

Sakayuki Little is knitted from the top down, without seams. The raglan yoke is worked back and forth: a few short rows shape the front neckline, and the pattern widens with the raglan increases. The body continues in one piece, then the sleeves are knitted in the round.

Available in eleven sizes, from newborn to 12 years.

Sakayuki Little reprend, pour les plus petits, le motif de Sakayuki : des mailles torses qui voyagent sur un fond envers et dessinent un réseau de losanges sur les deux devants, de l’encolure jusqu’aux côtes du bas.

Le reste du cardigan est en jersey : le dos et les manches laissent toute la place au motif. Des côtes torses encadrent l’encolure, le bas du corps et les poignets, et la bordure boutonnée se relève à la fin.

Sakayuki Little se tricote du haut vers le bas, sans couture. L’empiècement en raglan se construit en aller-retour : quelques rangs raccourcis creusent l’encolure devant, et le motif s’élargit avec les augmentations du raglan. Le corps se poursuit d’un seul tenant, puis les manches se tricotent en rond.

Proposé en onze tailles, de la naissance à 12 ans.
