Sakura Purse is a celebration of my favourite time of year - Cherry Blossom Season ♥
It features a cherry blossom motif square, as well as easy gingham colourwork squares, that make me think of a cozy sunlit picnic under the sakura trees.

The pattern includes options to make a 10-square purse, or a 13-square tote bag, as well as instructions for detachable straps and continuous straps, for full customizability.

The sample was crocheted using Rusta Holly DK weight yarn, and requires about 1 skein of green and white, and 1.5 skeins of pink.
(depending on your strap length, or what construction you choose, you may need more yarn.
My totals listed are for a shoulder-strap, 10-square bag).

The pattern has two files:
one colourful pattern file, best suited for on-screen reading,
and one black and white print friendly version.
