As with my other patterns, this shawl has been designed with beginning knitters in mind and for people who are wheelchair or bed bound. This especially includes patients in palliative care or hospice.

A simple method of changing the sizes is to change the size of the needle used as well as using a different size yarn. This shawl is very flexible and works wonderfully done completely in garter stitch.

It is also a great stash buster.

ERROR ROW 49: should be
K3, (k40, yo, KFB) repeat 4 times, K3

Row 48 ends with 170 stitches
Row 49 has 4 YO increasing the total to 174 stitches, not the 178 as stated in the pattern.
Ros 50, there aren’t 7 stitches at the end to knit which throws off Rows 51 through 55 also.
