Salt is a cowl with simple textured stitches and a slight taper. The combination of vertical and horizontal lines is pretty nice, and it’s soft and functional in the yarn shown for the sample.

For me, this is the kind of project that’s just right—lightweight and not too bulky, but still quick to knit; streamlined, minimalist in design and materials, and fairly economic, as it only requires one skein of soft sport/DK yarn.

Materials:
About 205 yards or 1 skein of Malabrigo Arroyo, shown in Azules.
1 16” circular needle in US6/4.0mm, or size needed for gauge
Tapestry needle
