The world is going through a very confusing time and most of us can agree that being stuck at home without a project is lame with a capital L.

I’m so happy to share this pattern with you for F R E E while the powers that be figure out this pandemic.

Enough about that, let’s get you closer to casting on!

This sweater is extremely beginner friendly when you take it slowly and

  • have a little color work experience under your belt.

Skills overview:

  • Casting on
  • Short Rows (super easy to learn online)
  • Stranded colorwork
  • M1 increases (super easy to learn online)

This sweater includes 9 sizes ranging from 32” bust - 64” bust (finished size).

Suggested needles:
Size 10 US. (6.0 mm) circular knitting needles (anything between 40” - 50” will be ideal)

Notes:
This sweater is constructed from the neck down then separated into the torso and sleeves. The torso is worked and finished, then the sleeve stitches are picked back up knitted down to the cuff.

Fit: This sweater is designed to be a little spacious in the armpits so that it fits a vast spectrum of sizes amidst the average bust sizes listed below.

It’s easiest to follow this pattern by printing it out, but if you don’t have access to a printer, holding your phone sideways will work!
This pattern uses 30” - 40” circular knitting needles, if you are making a larger size, you may want to consider using 40” - 50” needles so that it’s easier to move your stitches across with greater ease.
