This is a free written pattern for Sam the Lion. This is a very simple, pear shaped lion, that I hope you all enjoy making. The finished size of the lion is approximately 12cm tall.

This pattern is made with a 4mm hook and 1 ball of yarn for that hook size. I also use a bit of black yarn to embroider the eyes and nose. Some extra yarn in a different color might be required for the hair, but this one is optional. But if you decide to go for the hair too, I used about a quarter of a ball of brown umissy yarn.
