Samowiła is a pattern for a simple square with a plant motif. The pattern is composed primarily of post stitches and post popcorns. The pattern includes two versions of the square – an extended version with leaves and branches, and a simple version with just leaves. The file also includes instructions on how to create a dress or top from the square. The square can also be used to make tablecloths, napkins, a square sweater, etc. – the only limit is your imagination. The pattern’s name refers to Slavic nymphs.

For the pattern, you’ll need:

• For a dress: 2 yarn skeins ca. 1000–1200 m or 1300–1500 m + additional skein of last color (depending on the chosen version of the pattern)
• For a top: 2 yarn skeins ca. 500–800 m additional skein of last color (depending on the chosen version of the pattern)
• For a square size 100 cm x 100 cm: ca. 1200–1500 m of yarn (depending on the chosen version of the pattern)

Samowiła to wzór na prosty kwadrat z efektownym roślinnym motywem. Wzór zbudowany przede wszystkim z reliefów i popcornów reliefowych. Schemat zawiera dwie wersje kwadratu – wersję rozbudowaną, z liśćmi przeplatanymi gałązkami, i prostą, z samymi listkami. Oprócz tego w pliku znajduje się instrukcja, jak z kwadratu stworzyć sukienkę lub top. Z kwadratu można wykonać również obrusy, serwety, sweter kwadratowiec itp. – ogranicza Cię tylko wyobraźnia. Nazwa wzoru nawiązuje do słowiańskich rusałek.

Na wzór potrzeba:

• Na sukienkę: 2 motki po ok. 1000–1200 m lub 1300–1500 m włóczki + dowijka(zależnie od wybranej wersji wzoru)
• Na top: 2 motki po ok. 500–800 m włóczki + dowijka (zależnie od wybranej wersji wzoru)
• Na kwadrat o boku ok. 100 cm: ok. 1200–1500 m włóczki (zależnie od wybranej wersji wzoru)
