About the Knitting Pattern
The Santa Claus Hats are designed for little ones aged 0–3 years and feature a cheerful Father Christmas motif wearing a festive red hat with a pompom. Knitted in double knitting (DK) wool, you can choose between two styles: a Bobble Hat topped with a pompom or a Teabag Hat with pompoms at each corner. The pattern is written in English and supplied as a digital download PDF.

Design Details
Both hats are knitted flat on straight needles and a chart is provided to complete the motif. Santa’s eyes are embroidered on as a French knot and a small pompom is added to the end of Santa’s hat.

Sizes
Instructions include four sizes:
• 0–6 months
• 6–12 months
• 12–24 months
• 24–36 months

Skills Level
Intermediate. Written instructions are provided, but experience is needed to work from a chart for the motif.

Yarn
Knitted in double knitting (DK) wool. Alternative yarn suggestions: USA Light Worsted or Australian 8 Ply.
You will need:
• 1 × 50g ball each of Green, Red, White and Pale Beige
• Oddments of Black

Needles
3.25 mm (USA 3) and 4.0 mm (USA 6) straight needles

Other Requirements
A crochet hook (optional) to help pull yarn through when making pompoms.
