A small knitted Christmas gift bag with a classic, striped or Santa-inspired design.

FINISHED SIZE

Width: approximately 13 cm (5.2 in)

Length: up to 21 cm (8.4 in)

SUGGESTED MATERIALS

Approximately 100 m / 50 g (109 yds / 1.76 oz) of wool, merino wool or similar-weight yarn for a solid-color version

For the Santa design, approximately 15 g (0.53) of each of three colors: red, grey and white

3.5 mm (US 4) circular knitting needles or double-pointed needles

Tapestry needle, scissors, measuring tape, stitch marker and crochet hook, buttons - for eyes and nose if the original method can be challenging.
