This Santa Hat features a double thick brim, perfect for keeping your ears nice and toasty. Learn some new knitting techniques for this hat by following my video tutorial instructions for a provisional cast on and joining a folded brim. This pattern is for 1 average adult size only.

Finished Measurements
Circumference at brim band 21” (53 cm) unstretched, 20” (51 cm) in length from brim edge to top point, not counting pom pom; will fit head circumference of 20” to 24” (50.5 to 60 cm).

Color A: 55 yds (50 m) super bulky weight #6 yarn (shown knitted in #100 White, Lion Brand Thick & Quick Bonus Bundle, 100% acrylic, 223 yds/204 m per skein). Yardage includes roughly 18 yards needed for large 4 inch pom pom.

Color B: 55 yds (50 m) super bulky weight #6 yarn (shown knitted in #640-138 Cranberry, Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick, 80% acrylic, 20% wool, 106 yds/97 m per skein).
