Sari Silk is gorgeous and colorful but often difficult to use in crochet. With this pattern you will create a simple strip with a basic filet crochet of chains and double crochet. The result is a versatile accessory you can use as a belt, headband, scarf, purse tie, or anywhere you want a splash of color.

Gauge is not necessarily important as every hank of sari silk is unique. I chose a hook size that was small enough to create tight chain stitches. Tight chains show the inherent color of the yarn the best.
