You knit this pattern with 2 different strands of yarn. One is the Himalayn Sari Silk and the other needs to be something that will give it some strength. If knitted with just the Sari Silk, it will eventually fall apart due to the weight of the yarn.

Best colours I’ve found to complement the Sari silk are dark green, black, red or blue.
