“Up above the world so high…”
High above the world we know, satellites orbit the Earth amid a speckled night sky. This sweater celebrates the diversity of the universe with a colorful body created by slipped stitches up to the yoke. Satellites appear among the stitches as the body is worked, floating in a night sky. Mosaic knitting is worked with only one color at a time, giving the illusion of stranded colorwork with the simplicity of slipped stitches. Pair one of Miss Babs’ variegated yarns with a solid for an out-of-this-world look, or keep your feet firmly on the ground with two solid colors.
