This is a Santa Cap for 3-6 months Baby.
The Head Circumference is 15” and Hat Circumference is 14.5”, .Cap fits with 5” to 1” negative ease.
It’s knitted flat.
I have sewn Cap’s side edges with Mattress Knit stitch and it looks like seamless.
