• Tip: Exact gauge is not critical, but a significant difference will affect the final size of the hat and yarn requirements. A quick swatch will save you a ton of frogging time! 😉

🧶 Suggested Yarn:

• Lion Brand Yarn Wool-Ease Thick & Quick (80% Acrylic, 20% Wool), Super Bulky, 170 g (97 m / 106 yds), shown in:

  Main Color: approximately 70 g (40 m / 44 yds) required in:

• 099 - Fisherman

  Contrast Color: Approximately 60 g (34 m / 37 yds) in: * 025 - Navy

• Or a similar super bulky weight yarn. Choose colors that pop and make that sawtooth shine!

🥢 Needles:

• US 13 (9.0 mm) and US 15 (10.0 mm) 16” (41 cm) circular needle, and DPNs or a longer circular to use the magic loop method, or size required to obtain gauge.

✂️ Notions:

• Tapestry needle (for weaving in those cozy ends!)
• Stitch markers (2, to keep you on track)
• Pom-pom (optional - because who doesn’t love a fluffy topper?!)

• 9.5 sts / 11.5 rounds = 4” / 10 cm in Stranded Colorwork using US 15 (10.0 mm) needles after steam blocking.
