Sayago
From the booklet:
“Sayago is an industrial neighborhood in the center of Montevideo. It is named after Congolese sailor and prince Lucando Cabanga; according to tradition, because they found his real name so difficult to pronounce, his crew gave him the nickname after her wrecked his ship at nearby “Punta Sayago.” The history of Sayago has revolved largely around its train station and adjacent repair facilities.“
