Sc Patience is a triangular shawl(lette) made with two simple stitches: Single Crochet and Double Crochet. Its construction is divided in two Parts. First you create the inner triangle bottom-up and then you add a wide edging worked top-down.

Note that it doesn’t have the usual shawl/wrap drape. I call it rather a blanket/afghan shawl. It’s intended to be sturdy and warm.

This shawl can be made in any yarn weight from lace to aran. The pattern itself is based on lace weight, has a rather detailed description on how to do it in DK weight and includes rough informations how to do it in any weight (with examples how I did it in fingering weight, even finer lace weight and sport weight.)

Pattern is written only with some pictures for the tricky part.
