The “Scavenger Fingerless Mittens” were inspired by the elaborate weaving patterns I saw while visiting a viking museum in Norway back in 2017.

Sizing is for adult small, medium and large with notes on how to adjust for longer fingers or more coverage if you need it!

50g of each colour should do you for the two smaller sizes, you might want closer to 60g for the larger size, particularly if you have longer fingers and want to make the edges or cuffs longer.

Stickier yarn will look and wear better over time, but these mitts can be made in any DK weight yarn.

Gauge: 25 sts and 28 rows equals 4”/10cm Square
Needles: 3.25mm/3.75mm or US 3/5
Yarn: DK or light worsted weight
