You’ll find this pattern bundled with Scheherazade’s Sample and Scheherazade’s Diamonds in one e-book download named Scheherazade’s Geometrical Delights.

This is the second garment pattern in the book. It is still relatively simple, but you’ll need to read charts to get the ogee shapes.

This is a ruana started at lower back and worked in one piece in intarsia. It is excellent for using color-shifting yarns to good effect. Sadly, the yarn used for the model is long discontinued. The ogee shapes make a fluted edge that is feminine and attractive.

Size can be scaled up or down. Pattern includes many charts with stitch counts. You can pick which size ogees to make. Adjust yarn amounts accordingly.

Also good for ad finitum knitting, as you can weigh yarn per module to assure a win at yarn chicken.

Recommend 7 stitch markers (6 + 1 to mark center) plus 1 removable marker to indicate right side of garter stitch.

Model is worked in 8 skeins, 2 each of four different colorways. This pattern lends itself to color play and mix-and-match experimentation. Pattern includes coloring pages so you can make your own designs.

This is an intermediate pattern for learning intarsia, as you need to read charts to create the shape.
