Easy symmetrical pattern for if you are trying intarsia knitting for the first time. Knits all in one piece, then folds into shape before sewing the side seams. Envelope opening at the back.

Designed to fit a standard 18 inch/46 cm. cushion.

Knits with chunky/bulky yarn.
Tension:
14 stitches x 20 rows= 4 inches/10 cm. on 6 mm/no.10 knitting needles.

You will need 3 100g balls of Hayfield Bonus Chunky in shade 0653 (Cobalt). 150 yards/137 metres per ball. Or the equivalent yarn with the correct tension, plus two different shades of grey, and a little black for sewing on details of the face afterwards.
