Scoodola: A Basic Hooded Scarf
Scoodola: the seamless hood that solves the winter dilemma of “hood or scarf?” The answer is both. And if you’re a curly girl who refuses to let a hat crush your style? This is your new winter bestie.
Scoodola is a scarf version of Hoodola, the pattern is 50% off through the end of the month. (No coupon code needed, discount shown at checkout!)
Scoodola includes a detailed video tutorial to help you have success!
Choose DK or Worsted weight yarn to control how light or toasty your Scoodola knits up. This pattern is your blank canvas—make it striped, color-blocked, gradient, or a classic solid.
The construction starts at the top with Judy’s Magic Cast On and then is worked flat in stockinette stitch down to the neck. Then scarf tails are cast onto a long piece of stitch saver and worked outwards with short rows to shape the scarf tips. Finish it off with a tidy I-cord bind-off with your needles OR an I-Cord tool!
Want your scarves longer? Shorter? The pattern includes instructions to adjust them!
