The cushion cover pattern has been tested using DK and worsted weight yarns, but any yarn weight or brand can be used to crochet this cushion cover - when made with DK weight yarn, the cushion cover, with both pieces joined together, measures approximately 37 cm square (15 inches square). The amount of yarn used (DK weight yarn) is approximately (depends on your yarn brand) 310 grams (12 ounces) or 465 metres (509 yards); with the main colour requiring approximately 156 grams (6 ounces) or 234 metres (256 yards); and the contrast colour using approximately 154 grams (6 ounces) or 231 metres (253 yards).
